Welcome!

As a professional dancer, movement has always been my language. When I started to explore movement through strength training, I was amazed at what my body was capable of, and how discovering my own inherent strength took me on a journey to knowing and trusting myself better.

Because of this, my strength and confidence in all of my other practices improved dramatically, and that is why it is my belief that strength training IS for everyone - no matter your background, body, age, experience - you CAN do it, it will TRANSFORM your life, and it is my MISSION to show you this and guide you along the way!
